Schools & Districts

The U.S. Department of Education recently released a dear colleague letter asking states to “commit to three key actions focused on helping students attend and engage in school each day”. As a national effort to engage more people in service to youth, the National Partnership for Student Success (NPSS) supports schools and districts to build partnerships that improve student well-being, close learning gaps, and address the growing number of students who are chronically absent.

The NPSS invites schools and districts to connect with the NPSS for support designing, implementing, and improving programs that offer tutoring, mentoring, student success coaching, post-secondary transition coaching, or wraparound/integrated student support coordination.

The NPSS can also support schools and districts in engaging with higher education institutions that have answered the U.S. Department of Education call to action and/or with national organizations and networks that can partner with schools and districts to offer or expand these types of student support.

Use the link below to connect.  Schools and districts are also encouraged to join the more than 170 NPSS Supporting Champions to expand their network and access resources to start, scale and expand evidence-based student supports.
